YMF - Winter Leadership & Ski/Snowboard Retreat

Thursday – Sunday, March 18th
– 21st, Sunriver and Mt.
Bachelor in Oregon
This year we’re headed south to
Mt. Bachelor
in Oregon.
We will be staying at Sunriver Resort near Bend, and hopefully the folks from the
Portland YMF will be joining us. See the attached Sunriver provided
brochure for more information on the area.
For those new to this, here’s the itinerary:
Thursday: Carpool to Sunriver,
dinner on your own.
Friday: Group breakfast, on
the mountain all day or other activities of your liking, group dinner
Saturday: Group breakfast, on the mountain
all day or other activities of your
liking, group dinner
Sunday: Group breakfast (from
leftovers), on the mountain, other activities, and/or carpool home
In addition, we are currently arranging for a technical tour during the
morning of either Friday or Saturday as well as evening programs consisting of leadership/group
presentations.
Depending on attendance, the cost will be between $50-$80 for ASCE
members, and $70-$100 for non ASCE members.

of lodging with your closest friends (YMF) in Sunriver, 2 group prepared
breakfast meals, 2 group prepared dinner meals, and any leftovers remaining

and transportation (we will arrange carpooling)
