Welcome to the Younger Member Forum (YMF) for the Seattle Section of ASCE.  But what is the YMF anyway?!?  The Younger Member Forum (YMF) is a group of young civil engineers. "Young" is defined by ASCE national as a member under 35 years of age (including students). However, the Seattle YMF has a "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy.  If you're interested in what we're doing, by all means, JOIN US!

The Seattle YMF gets together monthly for networking meet-n-greets, ski trips, sports leagues, technical tours and presentations, and conferences. Throughout the year, we participate in many community service events and K-12/college outreach activities and host events such as the Popsicle Stick Bridge Building Competition for local high school students, Seattle Works Day, Rebuilding Together.  We do not charge dues; we also do not require ASCE membership although we definitely encourage it.  If you have any questions regarding any of our events or want more information please feel free contact any of the officers.
